So my favor ship died in this new exspansion.

425 shield cane with dual neuts.

I wounder how people fit their canes now, as i personal cant really find any good use of the cane that other BCs cant do better.

The Hurricane was too good (and still is good). It was nerfed to bring it somewhat into line, with intentions to rebalance all the battle cruisers "soon".

I see no problem here.

The second medium neut isn't a necessity. A small neut will keep people capped out more effectively. Against cap injected targets it makes little to no difference that you are neuting 75% as much as dual med nuets.

People who complain about the fitting nerf on the cane obviously never tried fitting a harb..

Indeed it's very important to loose one of the neuts... why don't you just ad a small one with?

Or a launcher to increase dps
