hi, im planning to put a pos in low sec in a system with low people jumping in it. I would like to know if a pos can be taken down fast and with ease considering im not playing everyday, i can skip 1 day sometimes. Also what kind of pos should i buy (size) since im planning to put 2 lab on it for mat research and i want it to be able to survive.
Any andvise would be appreciated.

This purely depends on the way it is fit.
I think if they want the POS down/reinforced they could do it very easily with some caps on a 5 minute siege-mode cycletime. Shouldn't be too hard if you ask me.

Edit: With 2 labs you can actually fit a whole lot defenses on a largte tower, but no defenses can stop a dedicated team taking it down.

You can fit 1d 17h of Stront in any sized tower.

You don't generally defend a tower that's being put into RF, you defend one that's coming out of it.

As for whether someone's going to RF and destroy it, that's a big old question mark. You could make it a deathstar, but enough people own Supers that that's not necessarily going to scare anyone off. If it looks juicy or is on a nice moon (or if your neighbors are bored), you're eventually going to get hit. Defending it requires you to have the ability to field a fleet when it comes out of RF.

The best setup for LS is probably the DickStar of just as many hardeners as you can fit unless you have POS gunners and are willing and able to field a fleet to defend it. That way, no matter what they use to knock it down, it's going to take extra time and be annoying.

(ECM Dickstars work really well in HS, not so well in LS because of Dreads)
