As stated, I'm looking to buy a C3 Wormhole with high sec static only.

Will use a third party to broker the deal.

Don't think C3 WH's has high sec static.

if you get an ingame mail from Vir Mihir, he's a scammer. He also has several alts and people working scams with him.

Always use a reputable 3rd party/broker.
