EVE Fashion Show : TEST YOUR MIGHT!

First , we have portraits
Then we have Rate the Avatar Above

Later , we have Carbon Character Technology
Then we have Portrait Competitions

Now, we have officially CCP endorsed avatar competitions.
In the future , we shall have a proper EvE fashion show.

We have all seen it before , the true power of the Carbon Character technology.
Its time to take it one step further.
We shall jump beyond the simple static , forever flinching character customization model and push forth into a truly stunning display of the character's form and fashion sense .

Proposal

Every month, the top 10 of the EvE Portrait competition shall have their toon's model imported and be showcased on stage like a proper fashion show . To have their aesthetic sense and character modelling prowess judged by the people of New Eden. Votes shall be cast (Available only to the subscribers via credit card or other means which is identity specific to ensure fairness) and the throne shall be to the one who rise among the mediocre into ascension .
Mr / Miss New Eden

The winner will be entitled to a 1 minute shopping spree, of which any clothing brought within that minute will be FREE!
He/she will also have an unique , one and only crown which he/she can wear for their portraits to proclaim their superiority.

Don't see how a fashion show can actually work as is.

To be able to have a fashion show you really would need to be able to design and create your own clothes.





Maybe you should stick to beauty contests for the time being.

Ahh ,indeed we are not more than mere beauty contests.
However , what I am proposing is that the one who can make th best of what is provided shall have the chance to showcase their beauty in a more comprehensive manner.

That's what I am prposing , the top 20 shall have the chance to be rendered in extra high , developer texture form ... You know hoe it goes

well , whatever rustles your jimmes .
But EvE has always been branching out to a variety of different players.

Low sec - null for the nitty gritty politics and psychologically and intellectually demanding game of intense combat and strategy .
High for the simple minded ,punch punch punch action.
And thats just sec status specific .

EvE is a family of HUGE community from all kind of background , cultures , inclinations and likings.

Team Avatar has been redistributed ... for now and apparently , they won't be back soon.
HOWEVER , I think this would be a nice new feature that would mark the return of Team Avatar when they return from stasis :D

Great, and then the next step would be to do like in Second Life and have real life clothing businesses design clothes for EVE as a means of advertisement...

And the vanity crazed players would love it...

I support this as my wife would probably play EVE if fashion shows were a part of the game.

However, only if we the players make the clothes AND the clothes can be blown up when we pod kill the capsuleer.

The clothes MUST be able to be blown up IMHO.
