Level 4 mission boat

Ok, so this may seem "odd" because of my characters age, but I have never really run any level 4 missions solo before.
Mostly because I keep dipping in and out of the game.

So, here is my question(s).

It seems the Armageddon is not really used much for Pve, any real reason why? (Eft warrior I know) I seem to get a better fit out of it in regards to dps/tank as opposed to a Apocalypse, but less range.
I can only fit T2 beams, and as I am working on BC5 (amarr BS is 3) it will be a while before I can get to T2 pulse lasers.

I plan on remaining in Amarr boats for my own reasons, in Amarr space. I just hate that icky tracking disruption now.

So, I was wondering, what would be my best route.
I have been flying the N-omen and its just so frigging good, I don't fly a zealot because I swear the N-omen seems to fit better, but I have no real experience with the zealot.

So, I already have a geddon sitting around, I am not far from a Legion (I need nav V) but I would like the ship+fittings to be under 300M isk total.

I thought about trying to squeeze a Abaddon into my budget, but I wasn't sure if I should fit out a BC for 4's or go with a BS for them.

I like the way the Abaddon and geddon look, but I am not sure what would be the better hull to fit.

So, thoughts and advise welcome!

I personally prefer the Apocalypse over the Abaddon for lvl4s because of its cap. The Abaddon is way harder to fit, considering you keep an eye on your shooting range too.

With BS lvl 3 and T2 Beams you should be able to fit a reasonable Apocalpyse to start with lvl4s.

Edit:
And I think it'll be way easier to fit it within your budget.

Well, I figured I would end up getting a apoc and selling the geddon.
I don't think I could make a abaddon work with beams and be right, the geddon doesn't have the cap.

I guess with about 300M to play with I could sell the geddon and maybe pick up another 60-70M and really fit out a apoc.

I just despise the looks of the banana boat and think that a geddon and abaddon are among the best looking ships of the game.

I found this, I guess I could just replace the t1 guns with T2.

The fitting looks okay. Depending on your armor tanking skills you may try something like this:

[Apocalypse]
Armor Kinetic Hardener II
Armor Kinetic Hardener II
Armor Thermic Hardener II
Large Armor Repairer II
Heat Sink II
Heat Sink II
Heat Sink II

Tracking Computer II
Cap Recharger II

when there are no problems with your cap, you may change a Cap Recharger II for another Tracking Computer II. But it really depends on your tanking skills, though.

Thanks, Ill eft it tonight when I get home and go from that point.
Don't want to go too costly, but I could afford a few faction items if I gotta.

I know I need to, but I am waiting for BC-V to finish, want to make sure I get it in first.

That fit looks good but now you'd want at least 2 tracking computers. So, use 2 TC's and 2 cap rigs. T2 pulses are a must on Apoc though :P.

Also, i'd go with 3 slot tank, a repper, 2 heatsinks and a tracking enhancer. Will really help you with those sanshas.....

The higher Amarr BS you will get the easier the cap will get, so that's something to look forward to :)

i'd go as far as recommending three tracking comps, especially with beam lasers. you probably don't have the power grid but if you do, try to squeeze in a cap booster.

I should buy an Ishtar.

(Edit)
EFt says my N-omen doesnt fit, but In game it does.
any idea whats up? EFT says its +2^ PG but it just fits.

Edit 2
Hep derp, catapults are story line, removed them.

I came up with this in EFT
Cap only lasts 3.39

Mega beam II doesn't fit, not enough PG.
Not sure if I should stick with level 3's or not at this point.

I would carry extra resists for mission specific.

35+29 range with two tracking speeds,
448 dps

I will, when I am able to fit T2 pulse lasers, as of now I can only fit T2 beam lasers.
