This is a great character for anyone wanting to quickly get into mission running level 4 mission solo. I can give you some fits as well for running missions solo in high sec with this character. This character currently has +3 implants in and is in a pod in G-0 station in Curse region (0.0). There is a jump clone installed in Jita 4-4 station, so if you need to get out of 0.0 quickly or easily you can just self destruct back to Jita at any time.
