* Good gunnery skills are a prereq.
* Have TS3, Mumble and Jabber Capabilities both Listen/Speak
* Have the mindset to fly with and grow with your fellow Corp/Alliance mates and be willing to die for them like they would for you.
* Be self sufficient, be it ratting, PI, Selling your soul to the directorship.
