I need a third party for a gank service. Payments would be made after ganking success.

It's about an Orca in a 0.7 system near Jita. I will pay a billion for the Gank.

And a mackinaw in a 0.7 system near Jita. I will pay 250 millions for the gank.

Conditions:

a) It have to be made by a real gank, not through war mechanism.
b) It have to be made inside the system I specify.
c) The ship have to be destroyed.

How much would you ask for the third party service?

a) Payment offer changed to 2 billions for a goons member involving both ships
b) It could be mackinaw or a hulk
