What to train for (semi) passive income alt

Opened up a second account to make some isk to support my main's pvp activities.

My question is, what's the easiest? I can two box it (2 accounts), but can't be on the alt's box to often, or my main could get blown up.

Thanks

The main question you should ask yourslef is : do i want that activity to be grindable ? And if you prefer so how much time can you spend on your second account ?

If you are willing to spend a lot of time semi-afk mining is probably a decent idea, after that you can train your alt for PI/manufacturing/invention.
If you don't have a lot of time i would go for research/invention but then it pretty much requires you to own a POS.

If you are willing to put the effort, trading has clearly the best income... but it also require a capital if you want to make isk.

Datacores are now horrible, i don't think it's worth it anymore. The current income is probably around 1mil isk per day, yes it's totally passive but it's also totally negligible and you have to grind a lot for the standings...

Well, it depends. If it's totally passive and you have a semi-decent setup, then it's good. Even if the return is not THAT much, I expect it does add up. You just forget about it and come back every two or three months and hey! some millions to your wallet.

Peanuts, but effortless peanuts once you grind the standings.

I've decided to give it a try in my next int/mem remap just because I eventually want to experience everything in EvE, and I started grinding the standings for one of the corps. It's very easy if you look for combat missions and, with a bit of luck, you can start with a Lvl 2 agent and get to a Lvl 3 in a couple of days. And even one Lvl 3 Security agent can get you to 5.0 standings with that corp in no time.

If you like missioning and don't mind spending some skillpoints it will give you actually less than 1mil isk per day (i have checked). So you basically have to invest time (hours) and skillpoints to earn less than 30mil isk per month... Really if you are looking for income you should invest that time into FW, incursions, plexing or station trading.

These peanuts aren't worth the grind.

Could be. Depends on the grind itself, I expect. I've done 20 minutes worth of missions for Creodron and I'm about to get access to the Lvl 3 security agent of my choice. It's not that bad.

Also, passive peanuts are still passive and I want them, just because.
