Yes currently i am at work, and cannot reach the ability to see all the info on my accounts, Mining yeild, prices, ore weights, ect. I would like to know, i have a orca that boots my retriever.

My retrievers skill in this area are as follows:
Mining Drone Operation's LVL 3
Drones LVL 5
Mining LVL 4
Mining upgrades LVL 2
Astrogeology LVL 3
Science LVL 4
Mining barges LVL 1

All the skills required to get to mining barges are at the minimum need to get there.

My ship is out fitted with:
2x Strip Miner I's
3x Carpo Mining Laser Upgrade's

Along with a few things that dont pertain to mining.

Drones I dont use mining drones, i prefer protection.

My orca pilot is as follows:
Mining Foreman LVL 5.
That is the only boost gives. i dont know if Mining Director helps but its at LVL 1 My current yield is roughly 1400 Ore a minute. Pulling roughly 8200 ore a cycle on plagioclase.

Can anyone give me an est. on how much veldspar i gather a cycle? That would be all i ask.

I cannot download stuff at work, as i work in a hospital and any download not oked by the Tech team here is able to carry a virus that can steal patiant information.

Then maybe next time leave your computer open and install a remote administration server and connect from work to your home pc and do all the calculations that you need without doing anything stupid at work. :P

Yea i wasnt thinking, i did alot of math and found out what i needed, I was being a DA for a moment, and amone vaille, i wouldnt be able to guess how to do that... i use to know how to but never had a need for it so it just drifted away...

It's simple as hell... just download and install a program named teamviewer keep open all the time and note the random number and password given everytime the computer restarts and your good to go.. when you get to work you install the same program punch in the number and password and voilla

So I placed your skills/equipment into the program EvE ISK PER HOUR, here are the values:

Raw yield per cycle (2x Strip Miner 1) 3,097.83

Veld/cycle = 3097.83 / 0.1 = 30,978.3 units

Other ores for comparison and estimated ISK (prices as per writing)

Pyro/hr 206,522 - 12.267M
Scor/hr 413,044 - 12.263M
Plag/hr 177,019 - 11.537M
Veld/hr 619,567 - 10.273M
Omb/hr 103,261 - 10.142M

notes: wow on the Carpos.. when I was training I just used the mining upgrade 1's till I could fit the T2 versions. you dont have implants or mining foreman link - laser optimization booster?

Just check with the IT Security people first. I've worked at places (banks) where remoting to a machine off the network would have been grounds for dismissal.

EFT


EFT doesn't require installation and is completely self contained. You can literally put the folder on a USB drive and run it from any computer you plug it into.

You can build your entire "fleet" and figure out the numbers based on any factors you want.

Thanks musashi, thats alot better than what i came up with that i was able to mine. and thanks everyone else for the feedback, and no i do not, i am currently working on getting the skills needed on my orca account. almost there.

BTW, if i have no patient, or any paperwork to do, what else am i suppose to do to keep me up. i work mainly at night, it gets hard to stay awake, and talking about eve or chatting with friends through the website mail helps.

Actually i live in a little town, not much goes on at night. a person getting shot for being in the ghetto doesnt happen here. Just bunch of old people thinking they are having a stroke, and really they laid on their arm to long in bed. Or drunks just needing someone to make sure they can sleep without choking on their own vomite. :) nothing major. and if there is, im up and ready to go within seconds, its not hard to minumize a window. or grab a clipboard and walk 5 feet to the ER.

It's a joke. I know exactly how much downtime you can have on an ER/Ambulance shift. EMS: Earn Money Sleeping.
