Accounting skill not working

Hi i have account to lev 4 but the sales tax still shows as .9% shouldt it be at .6%?

Accounting:
Each level of skill reduces transaction tax by 10%.

The base level is 1.5% (used to be lower a while back). The reduction per level is 10% * 1.5% = 0.15%
lvl 0 1.5%
lvl 1 1.35%
lvl 2 1.2%
lvl 3 1.05%
lvl 4 0.9%
lvl 5 0.75%

So it's working as intended.

CCP did raise the tax rather recently ("to keep the economy healthy", har har).
