Frankly not sure if serious lol. Expect to get 2/2.5 no more. 7 bill for a 4.5 mill character is either a troll or laughable.

he should just check what you can get for 7B on this market, than decide on price, because so far hes just trolling or stupid i dont know....

you wont find a clean alt, without history in corp or pvp.. youll find a used char, people like to get things clean and pay more, much more for that, if you had a bit of char market clue.. you would know that
