Straight-forward, well written, guide to PvP from Rookie Ships to Pirate Battleships.

For inspiration:

Aldap'sEVE Videos

Watch these videos when you need inspiration. Aldap focuses on solo and some small gang PvP with inexpensive ships. Best of all Aldap is very humble, you will learn what to do as he explodes enemy ships and what not to do as his own ships go down in flames.

After 6 years of EVE these are the two places I keep coming back to.
