I've been using him for WH sites cleaning and some nullsec farming as well as PI (yes he has basic PI skills)
This guy has made me billions of isk so I can get a better char by doing such. Now it's time to find him a new home.

Rejected. From the way I'm looking at, he's pretty much done for tengu training (PVE), so he's rdy to move on to other ships. U will need high perception for ships training and intel for electronics, I think it's a basic char and u can continue training him to watever u need him to be.
