Where to mission?

Back on eve after a year and a bit break.
Post patch seems to have nerfed hmls and buffed torps to an extent. Looking to mission on my alt to fund my pvp ventures.
Having previously used a hml tengu, I thought I'd switch to a golem, my question here is where to mission though. Preferrably a region where npcs, orbit close and are within range of torps, so I don't have to slow boat to get in range.
While I'm here is the 3tp golem still the norm, or with the reduction in explosion radius can you get away with 2 tps.

Well for Golem obviously Angel space as they are the only type of NPC which don't use EWAR which hinders your ability to project damage. As an added bonus they like to come close which benefits torps.

Amarr space might be an alternative since you are not limited to one damage type with Golem and are not affected by tracking disruption but Sanshas and Bloods like to keep distance... and shoot EM which can get problematic with shield tanks.

Keep away from Guristas and Serpentis missions, those damps and ECM extend your mission times to an unreasonable amount.

Agree on almost anything.

But I think using Tengu might be better than a golem.
Angels like to use AB which reduces your damage a lot. 3 TPs doesn't help at all in that case.

And yes, it doesn't matter what ship you use, the only thing that matter is the best way to do missions is doing Minmatar agents within their space.

You can add Sansha here too, soon Missile Projection Computers (or something like that) will be introduced to the game and all missiles will get a huge nerf. TDs will be affecting them too.

Minmatar and amarr space is ok,

RSS(republic security services i think) is spread thru all space = awesome.

Also i can go by missions that use damps as long as i have arty boat + sensor booster.

Only thing i don't do is Caldary just because ecm counter measures simply don't work or i have army of them hitting me with ecm at same time,still recommend arty boat so that few times u get lock u make sure 2 of ecm boats are history.

Angels 100%, screw amarr, you should be in militia corp anyway to get rid of a tax Lol
ATM angels are the only ones worth doing imho, after ai patch.
