Since there are no special rules for this forum this is a "How To" thread. Follow these easy guidelines and you will get the advertisement your event deserves.

1. To get your Eve meet thread stickied, make sure you have the location and date in the thread title and simply contact us using the category "Other" / "Forums", post on the forums or mail us at the links in our signatures asking for your thread to have glue applied.

b. Please be aware that there are times when there are a lot of meets and times when they are a little thin on the ground. If there's a lot of stickied threads, please wait, if possible, before sending in a request, although we will certainly glue any gathering if there is a month or less to go to it.

2. We ask that all posts are made in English, even though you may be organizing an event for players that speak another language.

This is so moderators know what is being discussed, whilst we are a cosmopolitan team, there are limits to our language skills!
