Bioco Empire is an alliance born out of months of passion, hard work and excellence from the members that compose our Executor corporation, Bioco Industries. Formed with a dedication to teamwork, profit and organization, we have generated tens of billions of ISK in empire space, won several wars and organized some of the largest empire ops in the past two months in exploration, PvE and mining. With our growth, we decided to take our passion to the alliance level and have formed Bioco Empire, a collection of corporations with the same absolution as our core corporation.

Our desire is to become the premiere Empire alliance in EVE. Given our performance in Bioco Industries thus far, we have no doubt in our ability to accomplish this given the right partners in our alliance. We bring a high level of organization, comradarie and professionalism to every aspect of this game, while respecting individual corporation desires and aspirations at the same time. We hold a libertarian worldview when it comes to the direction of our alliance, in that each CEO runs his/her corp as they see fit, coordinating overriding of direction only on corp-wide decisions that are made democratically. We are run by a democratic council with the CEO of each corporation in the Empire representing, making sure the majority's view are represented while the minority's are respected. No decision will ever override a democratic decision, except in the most extreme of circumstances.

Specifically, our material goals are to expand our Industrial operations to the level of mining in high and low sec at Rorqual supported operations at anytime, anyplace within our reach, to run constant production on Battleship and below grade ships, all associated fittings, to level a PvE fleet capable of assembling a group for 10/10 DEDs at anytime of the day and a PvP force able to deter any minor aggression and contend with the best of the high sec combat forces. Further down the line, we want to establish a minor nullsec presence, construct an Outpost and setup Capital production for our highest end operations.

One of the strongest aspects of our alliance is our culture. The corporations that compose Bioco Empire are all extremely well designed and staffed with very competent leaders, intelligent and skilled members, very relaxed atmospheres and senses of humour. We don't tolerate overzealous tryhards in our ranks, and we don't want assholes who think they're above critique because of an SP count. We want real people, real corps, real members of any SP as long as they have the intelligence and capability to work collectively with our alliance to achieve our objectives.

Additionally, we're an alliance with a truly global presence. We have a strong balance between US and EU members, working together in fabulous synergy and making sure we have solid population on at all times of the day. We have a growing Australian presence as well, but you'll find our heaviest activity during EST and GMT +1.
