Here is where I would say I deserve the ISK as I need it to help me get that Rohk that keeps catching my eye every time whenever I search the market.  I would, except I don't, and most of the people on here don't either.  If these people did deserve that amount of ISK, then they would already have it as they have worked to get the ISK.

You shouldn't.

You can use any criteria that you wish to answer this question. The only rule is that your responses must be well written. Remember, you are making a declarative statement in answer of a question. The worst thing you can do is fail to answer the question asked.

This contest will last until 2359 21.21 YC114.

Bonus: Ten million to the first person that explains why "I think that I should get the one hundred million ISK because . . .(insert reason here)" is a poorly written opening line.

Education.
Education is why you should give me the 100m ISK grant.
You should give me 100m ISK because I will apply it towards furthering my education
I feel education is one of the most important things in the universe and that everyone is entitled to it, regardless of income.
That being said, my income is not the greatest, so a 100m ISK grant would go a long way towards furthering my educational goals.

"I think that I should get the one hundred million ISK because . . . " is a poor opener for many reasons.
First and foremost it does not declare anything, it pleads.

You should give me one hundred million ISK because I'm about to dazzle you with my understanding of your motive, the return on your investment, and my dashing good looks. I'll throw in a threat, too! Read on, gorgeous.

I know you are disappointed with the quality of communication you see here at the Intergalactic Summit. You want your generous offer to draw out the most articulate among us to share some magnificent prose and add a little color to an otherwise dreary IGS experience. Your wish is granted: I'm here. I can't speak much for the rest of the rabble, of course, as you'll likely see a great deal of blathering from the usual troglodytes who can barely offer more than a grunt and a fart to communicate.

I noticed you are offering a grant, not a prize. That intrigues me. A grant is typically a patronage for some project or research that requires funding, not a gift in exchange for something already done. This post, therefore, is undeserving in and of itself. The grant should fund something of interest. I did some research on your career as a pilot, and it seems you like seeing other pilots explode. To that end, I will use your grant to place bounties on some of the losers in this very thread. Given CONCORD's payout rate, your grant will fund approximately five hundred million ISK in destruction. That's a return that any astute Caldari businessperson can appreciate.

Now, I promised you a threat. You should give me the grant because failing to do so will result in a one hundred million ISK bounty on your own head. Revisiting the previous math, that means you will eventually lose about five times that amount to clear the bounty, plus you'll have spent the grant money. Your total loss: six hundred million ISK.

Altogether, you stand to gain four hundred million ISK and avoid losing six hundred million ISK (including wasting the grant on some fool). You get one billion ISK in net value from me, and I'll even throw in a date so you can admire my shrewdness up close and personal--an invaluable bonus. Your choice is clear. You should give me one hundred million ISK because it simply makes the best financial sense and because your greedy Caldari heart is nearly bursting with excitement from reading this.

How could I turn this down? It's very well written, accurately discerns the reason for the grant and includes the promise of a date. The threat doesn't really mean much, though. At best it will mean that the enemy fleet primaries my Scimitar more and, given alliance ship reimbursement payouts, I make one hundred million ISK per Scimitar loss. (I encourage you all to buy-and lose!- tech II ships!) As an added bonus, you appealed to my appetite for destruction, something that I very much appreciated.

As I am currently vacationing on a tropical island with my wife, I don't have access to the secure computers that can access my wallet. However, a third party that I contracted with will deliver you your funds.

Honorable mention to Mr. Ixiris. When I get back, I will have to figure out something for you. For now, though, nubile girls, muscular men, and my now angry looking wife-she's so adorable when she's scowling at me-await.

I look forward to using your ISK to incentivize the destruction of some of my fellow grant applicants. Until I receive it, I am content to report to the naysayers that the smug continues unabated.

Hope this isn't too late. I have just started to play eve. I join a corp and these guy have helped me out to no end expect for isk, which is a good thing. But if i was granted this money i would put it back in my corp. These guys deserve every bit of it. We wall just made this big move form hi-sec to null and we were all told that money is now tight. We have been working and mining non-stop for the last week with no pay. The good thing is that NOT one person has complained or got upset about it. If I had this money i would split it up and pay some of these hard working guys! Well that's what i would do. Smile
