Been placing some skills to 5 for this character for a while. Just kind of bored and looking for suggestions on new training routes for this character.

Your Engineering, Electronics and Mechanic skillgroups could all use some love. Few things that really jump out are Energy Emission systems, get it to 5, it reduces cap use on neuts. Armor compensations are worth considering taking to 5 at that SP amount. Afterburner and fuel conservation 5. Logi 5 if you use them with any regularity.
You're skillsheet is fairly similar to mine in some ways, you have more spaceship command, I have a bit more in support skills, so maybe you can take some idea's from this:

Thanks, I'm going to get Energy Emissions Systems to 5 now, not sure about Afterburner and Fuel Conserv. yet due to the nature of the ships I fly.

Personally, I'd stop going for the level 5's for all but generic skills that will help in many ships rather than one or a few, and focus more on bringing skills up to 4.

* Drones: 4's
* Electronics: you don't have most of the basic EWAR skills.
* Engineering: a good spot for 5's
* Gunnery: fill the holes.
* Leadership: might want to consider the coming changes to boosting (ships, implants) and train more
* Mechanic: another good spot for 4's and 5's
* Missiles: lots of room for improvement here
* Navigation: another good spot for 4's and 5's (especially JDC 5, and note Afterburner skill has changed so 5 is good)
* Science: Infomorph 5
* Trade: Accounting 5 + Broker Relations 5, because everybody buys and sells stuff.

Notably missing all the newer skills (if EVEboard shows them):
* Sensor compensation (4)
* Micro Jumpdrive
* Armor Phasing
* Target Breaker Amplification

For what it is worth, I'm pretty close to you skill point-wise: http://eveboard.com/pilot/Tau_Cabalander
