it is a crime that these marvelous devices have not been introduced to EVE, what is the point in living if not to wear a Top Hats?

less nerfing High Sec, more Top Hats

Why not both? Nerf hisec by replacing the abundant resources with top hats.

CCP should nerf highsec and introduce top hats. This is the best suggestion I've seen in a while.
