Looking for a excel sub cap with capital skills on the side


Mainly looking for all t2 cruisers ( Logi 5 a MUST! )

3/4 BS V skills
Good drone skills
Good gunnery skills
Good Missile skills


I have a 30B budget to find a 90m+ SP char!

No indi
Basic science skills.

Not looking for anything UNDER 80M SP

if you can go over your 30b , let me know your offer via pm .

In game i can see him over 89m SP

all t2 drones
all t2 guns
all t2 missiles

all weapon specs lvl 4 , except large projectiles , which are lvl 3


all frig lvl 5
all cruisers lvl 5
in 13 days will have all BS lvl 5

etc etc , blabla ...

all scanning skills lvl 5 , badass combat scanner . With the supercap nerf , good focused subcapital characters will worth more and more ... the most "wasted" skills are lvl 4 PI ones , 500k SP
