Balance is a big thing, at least for the supers. They're either ineffective or op with seemingly no middle ground.

Hi,

I saw some articles a while back about having modular POS' and with the right mods you could park your ship at (docked against as in DS9, not inside) the POS and have some hangar space there, access to the fitting service (if you had a ship maint array) labs and other items similar to how a regular station works, but based on your equipment
I think something like that would realistically capture the true meaning of the term "Player Owned Station" in High sec and would be great for corps to use their services/equipment there rather than having a control tower in space and bouncing off things left and right :P

I've also read some articles recently about a lack of abilities/resources at real "Player Owned Stations" in null and for the sake of those folks, I would like to see some of those issues addressed for them too and from what I've read and been able to understand a bit, this needs to take a priority over the first part of my post. :).

anyway, that's Santa's wish list.

Fixing the damn drone UI would be a good start and should've been done before they started ******* (Oooh, censorship, how cute) with the drone AI or the unified inventory, aka, they should fix stuff that bothers people instead of stuff that works just fine.

The one remaining core issue that has been in dire need of attention is that of nullsec - its blobs, boring sov mechanics and empty systems. Before that is fixed, I do not believe CCP will (or should) take another look at fancy features like WiS.

EVE will never accomplish its full capacity until nullsec is made to work well. For many pilots, including myself, EVE = 0.0.

I wouldn't mind seeing some kind of player alliance incursion system.

How it would be implemented I dont know, but it would be cool for an alliance to be able to temporarily turn parts of high sec into free for all war zones. The rewards would be all the mayhem, bragging rights, and salvage.

CCP Did/Does have a team working on 'WiS' last I heard.
Of course, this WiS they were poking at (at maybe one day a fortnight kind of pace), was walking in abandoned stations salvaging components for industy stuff, with hacking and stuff. Not walking out of your CQ and into a bar and ordering a drink.
But it's way way off in the future if they even are still proceeding with it.

Nope.
Because only 50% of you guys are running DX11 capable cards .
So DX11 won't come until summer of 2014 when everyone is probably on DX12 or something.
And Intel has tick tocked into your mother's bedroom


With the AMD A10-5800K out there's no excuse to not have a dx11 system at this point. People need to get with the times.

It doesn't mean Stations like Jita 4-4 and every Station like it down to Null Sec Pirate Stations if that is what you think she meant.

Player built Outposts. Right now you can place one per system. You conquer a system and the enemy has an Outpost there already you can only conquer that one. If it is the wrong kind of Outpost that doesn't meet your personal needs then too bad your stuck with it. Not only that but if you are taking an Outpost they can but neglected to defend and they have considerable assets left in there they can leisurely blob it right back whenever they want with no property damage. Blow that Outpost up and they lose all the ships they didn't evac, all the assets stored inside and when they do take that space back they have to sink billions to get a new one built or they lose that forward base.

The idea is if you are going to build it then you better be prepared to really defend it or they will burn it down. Basically what they want is the ability to do landscaping in Nullsec with Dreadnaughts.

Any particular bug/bugs? There is no such thing as a bug-free game. "Space barbies dancing in a cyber bar" is only one of many possibilities. It's just like undocking from station doesn't mean I'm playing station games.
