I saw a Rorqual in a WH recently, can anyone tell my how a Rorqual can get in even though it exceeds WH Jump Mass Limit?
Does the WH simply collapse after a Rorqual enters once??

You can only jump them into C5-6 WHs. If its above the jump limit of your WH then it can't jump... at all. As for rolling, it takes 3 capital jumps to roll a C5-6

In lower class wormholes they, along with all other cap ships were built in there. Many times if a wormhole is sold it will be sold with the cap ship also.

Capitals built into wormholes they can not normally enter also make for extra-delicious killmails, the bacon-sausage-wrapped-in-bacon kind of extra delicious.

Just saying.

You gotta build the thing in there? And here I was hoping to get one in Oops

You could always move into a proper WH.

class 5/6 wormholes to lowsec or 0sec allow capitals to come in. the ones to highsec allow freighters as well.

and i dont see the issue with building either. a Rorqual is a ship that you should never loose, so the effort it takes is not too bad.

and yea, you can always move to highclass wh space xD

Except that even with one WH mining is a PITA IMO.

it's not that bad, actually. Unless you're one of those "I WILL NEVER EVER MINE IT IZ EBIL!" people

it's getting the ore (or minerals, if you want to sacrifice 25% of what you mined) out that's a PITA.

thus the reason that people build Rorqs.

Yes but getting it out is part of mining. Yes the actual mining isn't bad at all. If you put in the proper precautions it is far easier to mine, since you only get one rat spawn, the roids are huge etc.

But that is offset by the sheer PITA of getting the materials to market. Even compressed.

I'm not anti mining, but I'd rather check out our static and run an hour of anoms and make magnitudes of isk/hr over mining.

Getting the ore out and to a market is the easy part I think.

back in my old corp we used to compress and when we got a direct hisec ( sometimes waiting untill it was close to a hub) we loaded up an Orca or a freighter and voliá Big smile

I still like mining in W-space but today it's because I want to reach a goal.. Fill a freighter totally with compressed Arkonor hehe
