Sounds overpowered, perhaps fittings reductions, cap use etc but not actual warfare link effectiveness.

Hmmm... I missed the "on capital ships" part.... that helps keep it in line quite a bit....

Although now titan boosting just went from crazy to ludicrous...

has the usual restriction, tank or gank, or tank rigs or leadership rig.
and risk a lot using a titan as a boost ship, while you can use a supercarrier, with similar effects.
