i have a stupid question: could t2 bpc be researched in ME and PE level after i invented them or it just depends on datacore and cant be changed?

They can't be researched (only BPOs can have ME or PE research done on them)

The resulting ME and PE of an invented BPC depend only on the decryptors used (if any)
