A. The sec isn't damaged enough to really inflict damage on the price. B. That old appraiser is out dated. Often now a days good char's can go for up to half their SP if it fits the buyers desires. But should never go for as low as the appraised price. Anyways.. Bad to thread hopping. Enjoy!

Thanks for trolling my post. I'm merely searching for a suitable character to buy. I respectfully declined his offer of 3 Bil for Clyde Barrows. Not once did I state I would only offer the appraised value. The skills just don't fit my taste, especially for that price. Hopefully your reply gets removed.
