[closed] WTB L4 mission runner with very good skills 20bil budget

Looking for a very competent L4 mission runner.

must haves:
Very solid tank
Perfect (or very close) weapon skills
cybernetics 5
excellent fitting skills

I'll look at any pilot and "wasted sp" doesn't bother me that much, but keep in mind my main focus is a very skilled L4 pilot.

also if your name is ridiculous don't bother.... no need for offers from "1337 D00D" etc....

My budget is pretty flexible, somewhere in the 10-20 billion range (though I will go higher for the right pilot).

edit: no tengu specialists either please Blink

Great missile skills
Tengu specialist - absoloutly burns through L4 missions solo with a t2 fit ship. Even faster with DEDspace
