I got one, but it is not a sitter. He's able to control fighters and some hull upgrades.
He has got about 8M SP, but can't link him yet.

I have one nearly done training but she just started cap ships, so 3d 13h until she could actually climb in. Nothing extraneous, 6.5m sp when done.
