What better way to celebrate 10 years of EVE than to have another Armageddon Day on the test server?

When Fighter Bombers and targeted Doomsdays were being introduced (if memory serves), there was a day on the test server where everyone was given all skills at V, and 10 of each supercap as redeemable items. I remember waiting in the log-in queue for 2 hours, happily fitting out a Nyx with not much more than local reps and as many drone links as I could fit. Undocking to see a couple dozen supers in a free-for-all, and maybe getting one frame every 3 or 4 seconds. I barely had time to stick my drones on someone before disconnecting.

Best 30 seconds of my life.

What's a celebration for EVE players? Well, carnage, of course. And big explosions. Why not celebrate EVE's 10th anniversary with an event like that that people will remember and talk about for years to come.

If you're going to do an event do it on the real server, the test server is really for testing things and interactive EFT.

Things are only impossible until they are not.

The original "Armageddon Day" was at the end of beta.

Yes I think it'd be fun, but only on TQ. Have an Armageddon Weekend and roll the server back on Monday Twisted
