There's no such thing as a fair fight in Eve. Cheat and Plunder. Always suspect that everyone's looking for an easy and risk-free way to kill you. People will steal cans to blow up miners or they'll hide in fleets so they can gang up on the fool who was naive enough to open the can marked 1 vs 1 frigate.
