Has anyone else noticed that on missions against Minmatar NPC that they do not get any agro from teh npc and that the npc do not agro there drones either?

The wire coathangers they used as antennae fell off their ships and are floating in space a few AU back.

Could be a plot by Amarr sympathizers to allow fast and easy control of FW systems.

In answer to your question - No, I haven't noticed due to declining all Faction encounter missions. Anyway it's more than likely a bug so the best thing to do is report it asap.
