Retruning to Eve-online - Looking for corp 36M SP

Not long ago, I reactivated my EVE account, and are looking around for a suitable corp.

My Situation:
* GMT+1 Timezone
* A bit rusty, and rough around the edges, as its been sometime since I played eve.

I like:
* PvE
* Some PvP
* Some Mining and/or Manufacturing to spread the diversty of playing eve.

I'm looking for a corp that is:
* Friendly
* Relaxed
* Willing to admitt a part time slacker like myself.
* Has a variety of activities

I am NOT looking for a corp that is:
* So big I'll be forgotten
* A second job
* Filled with mandatory activities


My main character is a 36M SP all rounder, With most focus in gunnery.
