I think CCP Needs to encourage us to wast isk by giving us a button to place bounty on everyon online.

Hmm yeah, it's so hard now to find someone that doesn't have a bounty yet that this button would come in really handy.

Why limit it to only online players? That seems a bit unfair on those players who can't be online 23.5/7. Why should they miss out on your bounty goodness just because they are at work, at a Christmas party, or copping off with some chick they met in the pub?

Why limit only active players? Why not include unactive accounts aswell. Im sure the guy who left eve 6 years ago needs bounty too incase he returns inspired by new content.. It could also be account based bounty not just character.

Why limit it to active and inactive players? Wouldn't it be fun to automatically put a bounty on any future account that is created, paid by monthly direct debit or something.

It would also be cool to put a bounty on WoW accounts. Mainly so I could bounty my ex.

As long as the minimum of 100k per person is maintained, then yes! Would only add up to 2 billion or so total.
