Errors occurred

After letting the new update download and install I now get an errors occurred box.


forum won't let me paste what's in the log file

It is DT now as well, maybe that has something to do with it?

repair.exe just deleted a folder (yay)

log says

No handlers could be found for logger "overrides"

i doubt downtime has anything to do with the launcher giving you errors when you try and open it. i figured i'd just run the repair tool while i wait for the server to come back up.

nope, repair tool wasn't useful in the slightest.

I can't post the detail of the log, because your wonderful forums won't allow me to post "HTML". Good job!
Repair tool doesnt solve anything.
And since I can't even start the launcher, I guess I will have to reinstall the entire client.

Yeah - this is what I get as well. Can't even start launcher.

I got it too. Ran the repair tool and There is Peace In The Valley now!


Run the repair tool :-)

running repair.exe didn't solve the problem for me ... I'm gonna wait till I hear from ccp before doing anything else. I gotta feeling this is gonna be a big problem to fix lol.

I'm scared that allowing that patch might have corrupted my install. I really really have no interest in re-downloading the friggin client again.

Getting the same error. Something like the repair tool must work as there are 5000 people online so giving that a go.

C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\bin there is a file called ExeFile, that let be bypass the launcher and load up eve

Hope it works for you all

If this works for you , likes would not go un noticed ^^

They can't "fix it", you fool.
If you can't even start the launcher, you're obviously screwed, and have to reinstall.

**** that Launcher ****...

Every game starts they ******* launcher and every game got problems with it...

when i start eve i got the error message

"error occured"

check "xxxx/launcher/launcher.exe.log" for details

i can't post the details because this **** forum thinks its html
