I have a simple question that i could not find any answer to: Where are ihubs made? Can they be made in player owned outposts?

Only built in stations no POS's.

Still I think that far in the future it should be possible. 3d-printers nowadays can make their own parts as well. :p

Well they can already manufacture titans, which are significantly larger than either.

There should really be no issue there, allow a CSAA to manufacture what is essentially a space bound object as well.
