This char is reserved for Titan Hawt for 5 days starting now.

Titan hawt will pay 1.5 bil now and the rest of 15 bil in the 5 day reservation for the total amount of 16.5 bilion.

when the total amount is payed I will send the char to the account titan will name for me via eve-mail.

I confirm the above, and am sending 1.5 billion for reserve.

The remainder of the ISK and a mail designating the account name for the transfer of the character has been sent. I will await the transfer.

I have filed a petition for reimbursement due to the character transfer not occurring.
