Issues, Workarounds & Localization

For some reason since the patch I've been lagging severely in station, and to a more limited degree in Space, I've tried Repairing my Client, restarting my router, and all the basic stuff, but that did nothing. As far as i know there's no way to check my Latency in Game, but if anyone knows a way it would be helpful.

This was not happening to me before Retribution at all.

In station
-UI Groups, like Market, Journal, Skillsheet, going unresponsive for 10-20 seconds at a time when a command is given (changing between Skills and Certificates for example). It's especially common when changing Market Drop-down menus, when it happens i cannot close the menu or do anything with it except move it around the screen
-Dragging modules on to the fitting screen generally takes about 15 seconds for it to actually Fit to the Ship, and when it does, it will be multiple modules that I've dragged to be fit all at once
-Opening my Character sheet is as often as not only opening a blank, semi transparent Menu with nothing in it, the same size as my character sheet, it does not load no matter how long I wait
-when this happens I've found i need to just keep closing and opening my character sheet until it opens, it also happens less commonly with pretty much all UI menus
-Takes about 30 seconds for a Ship to assemble, as opposed to almost instantly before the patch
-Takes as long to Board a Ship as well

-Rubber banding while in Space
-Turrets and Modules not activating when clicked/hotkeyed, but then all activating, sometimes multiple cycles, all at once
-When this happens all other player ships stop moving (which is what's promting this more than anything, nearly killed an Ashimmu in a Stabber earlier, but I rubber banded and was suddenly in Scram range ;_;)

Issues In Space are much less common and less severe than in Station for some reason, almost not noticeable until I Rubber Band, if it was just that I'd pass it off as regular lag. In station, it is extremely noticeable, and very annoying when trying to fit ships or buy anything.

That's about all i can think of right now. I will try and re-download EVE overnight and do a fresh install if there's no other solution, but i figured I'd get the ball rolling early.
