As i said wts this toon and it has :

Arrow 120m sp - 110 lvl5 skills
Arrow can do 5 clones
Arrow positive sec status and wallet - can travel any race space
Arrow no kill rights
Arrow 3 bonus remaps aveilable
Arrow can fly 4 rases supcap ships
Arrow caps - galente dread and carrier / minmatar freighter and jumpfreighter - on good jumping skills
Arrow gunnery - 20m sp, missile - 14m sp, spaceship - 42m sp, leadership - 7m sp, drones 6m sp
Arrow 4 races bs 5, 4 races cruiser 5, marauder 5, hacs 5, interdictors 5. recon 5, logistic 5, command ship 5
Arrow 4 races t3
Arrow located in high sec
