There's too much risk and very, very little reward. With the new changes to AI in missions things got worst.

- NPC's bounty should be removed (across all universe) and mission payout greatly increased.

- Keep tweaking the AI, it is going in the right direction.

- Allow cyno's, however they may only originate from/to high sec locations, no cynos to or from any other location when in HS.

- Forbid suicide ganking, with this you could remove a lot of associated coding, simplifying things and optimizing the engine.
People doing it are a very small group, people coming into EvE would be in great numbers, at the end of the day the average Joe paying costumer wants to relax and have fun, not paying to have his stuff burn. Win Win situation for CCP and players (mostly new players coming in)

- Block access to anyone with a sec status of -10.

- Remove Police and Concord, they are not needed in a true secured HS, again way less code and lots of room to improve game play performance.

I agree and don't forget the free officer fit nightmare for christmas.
