Do as any well mannered eve player would do build it take nice images of it.

Then blow that ***** up.

All automated intel should be removed from the game including Instant local/jumps/kills/cynos for all systems/regions.Eve should report nothing like this to the client/3rd party software.Intel should not be force fed to players. Player skill and iniative should be the sources of intel.

It is my sad duty to inform you that the paper orca has met its end. While docked safely on a desk among several other paper projects, A rogue squadron of gank Talos ( piloted by my english bulldog) apparently became bored while i was away on a dinner trip. the orca was not salvageable and i failed to insure it.

but seriously, she Chewed the whole thing to ****. while i wanted to library deploy the foot to said animal, as she has never chewed any of my papercrafts b4, i do not condone cruelly. needless to say she is relegated to the back yard for 2 weeks and my papercrafts will be placed elsewhere.

Im sorry to let you all down , as i was finalizing completion, but to coin a term " **** happens "

Awwwwww damn :(

Amazing work anyway!

I could possibly, after years of focused training under professional supervisory, come up with the paper parts in something like 4200 hours, but those leds... awesomeness

"I was going to join the mining op, but the dog ate my Orca"

Sorry to hear that happened. It was looking amazing. Would love to see you take a second stab at it. Second time around lets you fix things you didn't like the first time anyway, so perhaps it will come out better.

If you do anything, maybe share the plans so others can take a shot at it?

Really sorry to hear about the end of that Orca.

But you mentioned you already made other ships before the Orca. I would love to see some pics of those.

How to say to the OP "Well done" on a great model. As somebody who has built models for years, but in more mainstream mediums (plastic and wood) I have been aware of paper for modelling, but will admit to a touch of modeling snobbery. "Yeah, it's OK but they never look right"

Your efforts have inspired me to give it a go and as I type this I am printing out a downloaded 1/16th Lincoln Number 1 Machine, or Little Willy (Little Willy as in the first tank, not what you were thinking!Big smile )

That's pretty cool. I'm pretty surprised no model kit manufacturer has yet bought the license to produce EVE models :) Obviously putting them all into the same scale could be... problematic. But as long as they don't make a miniature game around it, the scale doesn't really matter.
