Sanshas deal em/thermic damage.

I personnally like the armor loki with autocannon as it has high em/thermic resistance. You can get an excellent fit using only 2 or 3 slots and use the rest for damage, prop, and web !

What do you want to use it for otherwise ?

Sleipnir is pretty awesome for everything

I prefer Arti setups for PvE because of range and really low AMO usage

it's so easy to fit a good tank you can use all lows for Gyro's and tracking enhancers to suit, doesn't require the SP commitment the Loki does.

If sticking to T1 ships? Battleships?

Basic Fit, as you get use to it and get more isk you can faction fit it out. Perfect skills give 92.5% EM and 89% Thermal resists. It is cap stable with everything running. You can switch the 10MN to an 100MN but it wont be cap stable.

Don't have evemon on work PC, but I am pretty sure flying a command ship requires more skills than a T3.

if you want you can belt rat in sansha space with a standard PVP vagabond or hurricane not the best ship for the job but its nice to be ready if something comes up.

if you want the max isk p/h get a maestrom/vargur/machariel

go cheap ish never know when some one will ruin your day so here is a hurricane

10mm AB x3 cap rechargers
low
EM and therm armor hardeners,med armor rep,x3 gyros

basic fit cheap and can get the job done mix and macth what you want tossing a gyro for a EANM is popular also missles for more dps never flown one my self.
(use your AB to avoid damage by moving)
