Looking for a new character to mess around on. The sum of what I'm looking for is below, and comes to 50m SP or so. Don't necessarily expect to find all of it, don't necessarily expect to find only that and nothing I consider excess for the purpose (such as Tech 2 ship skills), so lets see what you've got that's close.

Drones

All Support skills and Specializations at IV
Drone Interfacing and Scout Drone Operation at V

Engineering

Engineering and Capacitor related skills (EM/ESO) at V
All other non-capital skills at IV

Spaceship Command

All races Frigate and Cruiser skills at V
Battlecruisers and Destroyers V
Spaceship Command V

Other desired traits

Positive wallet, Positive (or not very negative) security status
Positive or at least non-negative standings to all empires
One or more available remaps
Kryypton
School of Applied Knowledge
Caldari State

Care to give an indication why "no thanks?"

Also, you haven't posted a budget, and the first paragraph seems to indicate that you're willing to compromise on some of the requirements, but are you willing?

He is scamming. Do not give this person your isk.

He tried to make a deal with both myself and Codename Smokin-Ace (as he will attest) and then tried to take isk from both of us before his corp stasis was ending.

I have bought and sold a LOT of characters in my eve career - trust me when I say this is NOT a deal, it is a SCAM.
