eve basics 101. Or 1.0

That would help in some cases, but not all the gankers in this case are using their mains. Alts abound, of course.

Andski: What part of "and then recycle them as a method to avoid the repercussions, you are committing an exploit" do you not seem to understand? Its an exploit as defined in that old thread. It doesn't matter what you see, it doesn't matter what you perceive to see, and it does not matter whether or not ccp bothers to enforce it. Nowhere in the TOS does it say "If Andski thinks he sees something then its not an exploit". There is also nothing in the TOS that says "its not an exploit if we don't bother to enforce it".

Perhaps you misread my post. I said that the method we use (undocking with GCC) has never been deemed an exploit.

Agreed. No matter how much they cry and wail we're just playing the game by the game's own rules.

If Roadkill suspects that Goons are using throwaway alts, then he should submit a petition and hope that CCP does its job.

They didnt have the manpower BEFORE dropping 20% of their staff, I doubt any petitions are gonna help

Examples of the ridiculous contortions the natural striving for civilization forces upon people when the game configuration doesn't allow for what is as old as humanity itself - enforcement of sovereignty.

What's amusing are "pirates" who pretend to be the likes of Blackbeard himself, or one of the cadre who once operated in the Caribbean. What happened to them? Spain, England, France and the Netherlands assembled their own navies, invested treasure and rooted them out one by one until their sovereign interests were satisfied. The pirates were summarily executed by cannonball, or tried and hung in the sultry tropical sun.

The idea a civilization advanced so far beyond that of wooden vessels and sail has such an infantile concept of their own sovereignty, and would hire out this ultimate priority to a corporation with a slipshod methodology is so laughable as to (as I've said numerous times before) put its creators and advocates in the dunce chair of eternal ridicule.

Duct tape security. Hail! Hail!

GoonSquid appears to be using alts to grind Security Status then going back to suicide ganking once their standings are high enough not to die immediately.
Well, except for those who are too impatient, and hop on cats to shoot their load early.
This is my observation. Take off it what you will. Maybe I'm off base.
