As stated in the subject, this is a Class 3 WH with a static lowsec and an offline medium minmatar tower. I've got an alt in the system and will provide the name of the WH once a suitable buyer is found and is interested. If anyone wants to offer a valid 3rd party service for transfer of isk and bookmarks that's fine with me. :)
