Looking to buy Gallente pilot able to fly Recons, Hacs, and the Proteus.

Looking for good Gunnery and Drone skills (T2 Medium is a must)

Good Armor tanking and Navigation skills are also taken into consideration

Must be able to travel in all factions space, positive wallet, etc

4B Budget, so I don't expect perfect characters.
