I was just daydreaming about some of the evil PVP things I do (combat pvp, market pvp, mining pvp). And some of the evil things I'd like to have to play with. Modules, features, ways to mess with people. things that CCP would never put in but are nice to think about (yeah, OK, Eve lets me vent a little evilness. So sue me.)

It is very cool to see people come up with cool ideas, even if they are not popular. Miner bumping and the recently banned Tornado warping around killing several ships before CONCORD gets there come to mind (ooo..soemthing to mess with CONCORD would be awesome!).

So give me all your evil things, past or present. Or future. Come...confess, my son. What have you done to your fellow pilots? What would you like to be able to do to them? What features would you change to bring more evil into Eve?

Let the players try to fight concord but they get jammed out of locking any other players and can thus ONLY fight concord at that point.

The ships they pop will drop lots of tags which could then be used at pirate faction data centers to quickly gain their favor.

Add with this a set of pirate militias you can join with the only allies being between the Serps and Angels.

Make combat boosters as plentiful as implants, but with effects like 15% gains instead of 3% and 5%. Put the role of customs officers in the hands of the players with a CONCORD LP pay out for every unit of booster captured. They get 50% of the ISK if fined instead of blown up.

The only way to trade these boosters will be via face to face meetings in stations.

And finally as on the carebear side can you please rebalance the refine amounts for all the ores? Rebalance their amounts and then increase them about 50% so that the production cost of T1 ships might finally go down.

We need a module that when it activates your opponent sees their life for exactly what it is.

For the typical EVE player it would be

1. Delete EVE
2. Smash computer
3. Cry for a week
4. Either suicide or turn life around

So either way that module would be a game changer :)

Include skill point loss for *all* ship types.

Subtract 5% of the accounts paid subscription time when ganked in an industrial. 10% if on autopilot

*edit to add*: Allow the CQ door to be opened, and a great looking station interior to be revealed, but still be unable to walk through the doorway.

Profit favors the prepared

activate a salvager on a ship and you will reduce their ships max shield and armor....

Malfunctioning shield emitters and armor plates appear in your hold.

Yes! Confess it all! You want to be able to track a ship. You want to be able to turn mining lasers off on that afk miner. You want to shoot something from 40 km that temporarily disables part/all of the ship. You want the ability to shut down star gates. You want to be able to fight CONCORD. You want to find people who are cloaked and kill them (oops, maybe I shouldn't touch that one). You want more power!

You want all this and more! You want to cause hand wringing, teeth gnashing, screaming and head-meets-table for your unsuspecting victims. You want them to smash their fists upon the keyboard.

You know it is true. Confess all your evil desires!

Another mining faction apart from ORE. Perhaps a corp specialized in ring mining.
This competitor has normal miner modules as well but lower yield than ORE, however when using competitor mining modules on the same rock as a ORE user. The beam interferes with that ORE player and results in higher cap usage, lower yield, rock damage which can destroy the rock.
ORE gets ring mining equipment to interfere with this competitor yet not as effective at yield.
