Can't launch Buckingham..

I've been trying to launch Buckingham for the last few hours, it would never even get to the launcher. The error window was filled with all sorts of technical jargon, but this is the main error, or what I think is the main error: error: [Errno 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it
Can anyone help me? I tried deleting everything in the folder except repair tool and re-downloaded ALL of it, still no dice.

All that means is the server is not up. There was no need for redownload.
Unlike other test servers, bucky does not play nice with the launcher whenever it is down.

I see. How much longer is it going to be down? Does anyone know? Cause, I kinda need my fix soon *twitch*.

Unfortunately Buckingham was down this morning due to startup problems. It is up and running now (but will rebooted at some point in the next hours for a small patch).

I'm still puzzled as to why the Buckingham login tells me that I'm using an incorrect username or password. Supposedly [1] my account has been activated from another thread and [2] the server is online. (Status: OK, 65 players)

Am I missing something?

Try using your previous password.
