With a 4% manufacturing speed implant this is a building powerhouse. She can build any common T1 module or ship up to Supercarrier as well as all T2 and T3 components for modules and sub capitals. As research slots should no go to waist she has trained to copy BPOs with the most speed possible from skills. Lastly no POS, highsec or not, should be without a gunner, giving that extra edge.
