Do you take a sec hit when you kill someone with a bounty in 0.6 space and if so how much under the new system?

You need to activate kill rights to safely attack someone with a bounty in Hi Sec.

If you mean killing someone illegally (gank) then you are always going to take a sec hit regardless of if the have a bounty or not. If they are a legal target, (suspect, criminal, war target) there is not sec hit.

You can also now pod all legal targets in highsec with no sec hit.

When it comes to high sec, you really aren't a bounty hunter at all, more like a hitman. You might get paid for the hit, but you are still subject to the law.

And the law is inescapable and immortal, capable of killing you anywhere, anytime and very quickly. oh, and the mysterious god force ruling the universe deems it an exploit to even try to evade this immortal law

And what people whining about the current iteration of the law forget is that it was merry band of players who decided to make Yulai faction police their ***** for multiple hours via RR chains back when Concord didn't exist as it is now. That was what birthed this new law enforcement, not carebear whines or wish to have more player in wowlandia but player actions that created situation where current mechanics were not enough. Each time you're suffering from Concords invulnerability remember you're in fact suffering from player actions made back in 2004. In Eve, actions will always have consequences.
