EVE Online Boot Up Issue

So, my Eve online works, sorta. It took me 53 minutes to go from log in screen to in game, and even when I got in game, it didn't work right. I have a rough idea on what the issue is, but I have no idea for sure. The issue seems to exist between the EVE Online client's imaging and my Computers moniter. The reason I say this is because when the Screen saver loads after 10 minutes, the in game screen would change, it remained the same screen in between those. I have rebooted, tried the repair tool, tried reinstalling it, and using the sfc /scannow function in the Command Prompt. It tells me there are errors but, when I go to open the Error log, it tells me I do not have valid permissions. I am the only admin on my computer. Any ideas on what I can do?

Hi

If you are receiving errors trying to open the log then I recommend you log out of Windows as your current user and log in as the Administrator account and run the scan again.

Since there were errors reported I can only imagine that your Windows installation is corrupt, a complete reinstallation is most likely the easiest and safest way to solve this for you.
